Capstone Defense and Synthesis

This capstone session matters because it is where evidence, analysis, and judgment are publicly defended. It builds on the risk and assessment work by requiring a complete narrative and strategic recommendation. Teams present their dossier and respond to critique from peers and instructors. They produce the final dossier and defense materials as the culminating deliverable. Skills developed include synthesis, persuasive communication, and reflective evaluation of limits. The session closes the studio by linking forecasting practice to professional accountability.
